In 2018, Telema network processed more than 16 million EDI documents. This is an all time-record for the EDI and e-invoice operator Telema. In total, over 13 000 new EDI connections (connection between shop and supplier) were created over 2018, annual growth being 14%.
“Last year we saw growth in our network in Estonia, in Latvia as well as in Lithuania. However, we still see a great growth potential in our sector, which we plan to realize in next years to come”, said Telema CEO Hele Hammer.
For Telema, year 2018 proved very successful also in terms of geographical expansion. When in January Telema had customers in 23 different countries, then by the end of the year it had increased to 35 countries. Behind this advancement is Telema eFlow‘s great welcome by multinational companies.
At the end of the year, Telema accomplished its first M&A transaction ever, acquiring eAgent business division from Latvian company ePasaule. “We believe this addition to our solution portfolio will help Telema to secure our market leader position in Baltics for years to come”, commented Hele Hammer.
