About the job

  • Telema eFlow is a fast-growing SaaS solution for accounting automation, trusted by multiple unicorn startups (Bolt, Wise, Pipedrive) as well as hundreds of other companies in more than 65 countries. As a Product Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer experience for our potential and existing clients, helping them save time and money with cutting-edge technology and services. You will work at the intersection of accounting, technology, and customer success, helping companies modernize their accounts payable processes and supporting the continuous development of our product.

What you will do

Support sales and customers with deep product expertise

  • Support the sales team in customer meetings, product demonstrations and solution discussions
  • Help companies understand how accounting automation can improve their financial processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to potential and existing customers

Provide second-level product support

  • Help resolve complex questions and cases escalated from first-level support
  • Analyze customer workflows and help them get the maximum value from eFlow
  • Support customers in optimizing accounting automation and integrations with ERP systems

Contribute to product development

  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers and support cases
  • Identify opportunities to improve the product and user experience
  • Work closely with the product and development teams to help shape future features

We believe you are a great fit if you have

  • Strong accounting background, preferably as Head Accountant, Chief Accountant, or Controller
  • Deep understanding of financial accounting and management / cost accounting
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand complex business processes
  • Interest in technology and digitalization of accounting
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both finance professionals and IT specialists
  • Excellent Estonian and English communication skills
