IT Project Manager
Telema is the leading EDI operator in the Baltic States, offering IT solutions in the retail and logistics sector. Those solutions help transfer, convert, monitor and process electronic trade documents such as orders, invoices, despatch advices and other commercial documents.
The system is known for its uniqueness, and that is the reason why over 5500 shops and over 1500 suppliers are using it. The majority of the company’s clients are well-known trade organizations from the Baltic States, but altogether, companies from 60 countries are using these services. As the company is fast-growing, they are looking for an additional team member – an IT project manager to work in Vilnius.

- IT project manager together with the sales manager meets the potential client to understand the need for EDI solutions in the client’s company
- IT project manager assesses what kind of solution could be offered and makes a technical solution for the proposal
- IT project manager leads the system integration project: coordinates the work of project parties to meet the requirements, scope, timeframes and timely execution.
- IT project manager consults clients’ IT support teams and related employees during the process. He/she also provides internal consultations to the sales team.
- After the implementation process IT project manager tests the solution and provides customer support services if needed.
You are the perfect candidate if you have:
- Not less than 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, working with software integration, IT project management or IT help desk projects.
- Knowledge about project management practices
- Knowledge of DB/SQL or XML/XSL technology
- Hands-on experience with CRM and Project management applications (Directo, Rivilė, Jira and similar) would be an asset
- Understanding Internet technology
- Great communication skills
- Good written and oral English and Lithuanian
- Ability to travel.
