Telema helped its customers save €100 million

In 2021, Telema network processed more than 21,5 million EDI documents, reflecting a 13% annual growth. On average, companies using Telema services save 30 minutes per one e-document. In 2021, this makes 10,7 million hours in total. Using last year’s statistics of monthly personnel costs in retail, Telema’s customers have saved an astonishing €100 million. 

In 2021 more than 6 000 new EDI connections were created. Over 200 bigger and smaller new customers joined Telema network, among them Tikkurila, Piprapood, LHV, Largo and Cido Grupa. “We are happy to see more and more  restaurants and retailers realising the benefits of EDI. To name a few, Bolt and Wolt retail, Veski Market, Bloom joined Telema EDI in 2021″ says Hele Hammer, Telema CEO. 

“Another highlight from year 2021 for Telema was the successful launch of Telema PDS, the product data sync solution so long awaited by the market.” Telema PDS is already used by Euroleib, Pagaripoisid, Profox, Abestock and many more suppliers in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. “Delivering new versions of  PDS and integrating more and more users to the platform will be our focus for 2022”, continues Hammer.

Making businesses leaner and more efficient, Telema is supporting its customers to expand their business and provide faster services. In 2022, the savings for customers should reach at least 110 million euros.
