More than 80,000 companies operating in Estonia and abroad can now manage EDI documents, e-invoices, and purchase invoice automation in a single system. Merit Tarkvara is the first Telema partner to be certified in all three areas. This partnership gives a strong boost to Estonia’s Real-Time Economy (RTE).

• Exchange e-invoices: Send sales invoices and receive purchase invoices in machine-readable form directly in Merit Aktiva.
• Automate purchase invoices with Telema eFlow: Technical readiness for digital purchase invoice processing, which speeds up approval flows and makes cost management more transparent.

For example, a retail company can receive purchase invoices, send sales invoices, and exchange orders and delivery notes in Merit Aktiva without requiring the accountant to copy the same data between systems. As a result, sales, purchasing, and financial information reaches processing faster.

The Telema network is used by more than 6,100 stores and 1,300 suppliers, who exchange more than 21 million documents annually.
