17.12.2013 Nordea adopted Telema eFactoring solution
In Fall 2013, Nordea Finance Estonia started to offer its factoring customers Telema eFactoring solution. The service automates submission of invoices and makes the handling process faster and more convenient for the clients.
“We are glad that together with Telema we can make the factoring services even more convenient, “ notes Signe Rähesoo, Nordea Head of Asset Finance Solutions. She adds: “Instead of sending Excel files via e-mails the document transfer is now automatic, in result the whole process is faster and more secure.”

Mati Maasik, Sales Director at Telema states that this is very good news to all Telema clients using Nordea financing services. The requested information can now be sent to bank without any delays and extra operations. “Customers can be certain, that the process is secure. It makes the financing faster and minimizes the risk of mistakes,” explains Mati Maasik.
 

Telema eFactoring is a solution enabling automated invoice submission between clients and financing institutions. With Telema eFactoring a copy of the invoice issued by the seller to the buyer is automatically transferred to the bank’s software. There is no need for manual data reentry - there are less mistakes, the process is fast and secure. Telema eFactoring service is currently in use by Swedbank and Nordea Bank in Estonia.
